Workshop: Entrepreneurs have two balance sheets: the business balance sheet and a personal balance sheet. But in reality both sit on top of one another because the business is an asset of the owner. Often small business owners become employees versus entrepreneurs and do not fully maximize the value of their business. The goal with succession planning is to have a protection-first philosophy while building contingencies and protections into your company's long-term goals. Learn how to plan macroeconomically, build coordinated and integrated exit strategies, and validate the cost of your transition.
