Meegan Kriley-Mackay is the Founder and Creative Education Organizer (CEO) of the AVA family of businesses, which include:

Meegan has over 30 years of government, corporate, and non-profit experience creating, developing, and scaling teams in the classified and civilian workforce.  As a military spouse and mom, she understands adversity and the importance of professional development and training.  She has studied 6 languages, traveled to four continents, and lived in 10 states.  Over the past 10 years she built two businesses and non-profits supporting transitioning service members, military spouses, and veterans to continue their mission outside the military, becoming leaders in our economy in corporations and non-profits worldwide. 

Meegan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Montana, a Master’s in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, and a PhD from the "School of Hard Knocks".  As a Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Specialist and Certified Interrogator, she is in the People Skills business and believes in the human element.

She provides Keynote Speaking, Coaching, and Consulting services for Inc. 5000 C-Suite Executives; learning about their cultures and understanding the pain points of individual Talent Recruiting, Assessment, and Onboarding systems. The results build a customized plan and criteria for improving and assessing Human Relation business processes to increase Return on Investment (ROI).
