Workshop B Speaker | Managing the Multigenerational Workforce | Tuesday, June 20th

Katie has over 20 years of professional HR experience in multiple leadership and consultative roles. Her work has spanned a variety of employment sectors, including healthcare,  municipal government, construction, hospitality services and professional employer organizations. She has developed expertise in all facets of human resources including talent management, total rewards, performance management and compliance, and more.

At James Moore, Katie advises clients on HR-related matters and serves as an outsourced HR Director for many of them. She has also been a panelist and session leader at events such as the Forbes School of Business Thought Leadership Summit, the Jacksonville We Rise Women's Conference and Brenau University's Workplace Seminar. She holds the Professionals in Human Resources (PHR®) certification.


Workshop: Managing any team can be tricky; managing a team with up to five generations adds a whole new dynamic! This session will help attendees identify the generations and the elements that come with each group, how to navigate those relationships, and conflicts that may arise. We'll also discuss ways to combine the groups to best utilize their respective talents and skills in the workplace.
