Jamie Klingman is a Creative Strategist, Entrepreneur, and Broker. Jamie owns The Klingman Group (business brokerage) and Boutique Realty Florida (residential real estate brokerage) as well as companies in commercial real estate, publishing, multimedia, insurance, and more. She is a licensed Broker in several states and is completing her Doctor of Business Administration in Spring 2023.

Jamie believes in philanthropy and serving the community. She has served in leadership roles with several nonprofit organizations including the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and Temple Terrace Chamber. She has been honored with multiple awards, including Small Business Leader of the Year finalist and Lightning Foundation Community Hero.

Jamie currently lives in Tampa, FL with her attorney/veterinarian husband, three daughters, 160lbs of standard poodle, and a hairless cat.

Owners sell at various times for various reasons. Understanding when the right time to sell comes from not only understanding external factors (such as the market) but also internal factors (SDE, EBITDA, goodwill, willingness to invest time, energy, and talent toward growth & expansion). While owners may not be ready to sell today, knowing the steps, process, and how to evaluate their status is invaluable!
