Crystal is an ICF-certified leadership coach, known as Your Corporate Confidante to executives and emerging leaders. She has a passion for women working in male-dominated industries and STEM. So much so, she founded DisruptHER™️, a leadership development and coaching program to equip women to THRIVE in these environments.
